Over the course of the last month, the team has welcomed 11 new team members whose sole focus is to assist in preparing student sites in X1’s care for the September 2022 intake.

For all landlords in our care who own a student property, this marks the period when the team will begin turning your property around ahead of the new student intake in September 2022.
