It's Christmas! Read on for our opening hours during the festive period and other important information.

It’s finally here – it’s Christmas time!

 

The X1 team have worked really hard this year and are ready for a little break to enjoy the festivities and a cup of mulled wine… or three!

 

As such, our branches will be operating with reduced hours during the festive period. There will be a limited number of team members in our Manchester and Liverpool branches to ensure that everything keeps ticking over.

 

The opening hours for our Manchester and Liverpool branches are as follows:

 

18th Dec: CLOSED

19th Dec: CLOSED

20th – 23rd Dec: 09:30 – 17:00

24th Dec: 09:30 – 13:00

25th Dec: CLOSED

26th Dec: CLOSED

27th Dec: CLOSED

28th Dec: CLOSED

29th & 30th Dec: 09:30 – 17:00

31st Dec: 09:30 – 14:00

1st Jan: CLOSED

2nd Jan: CLOSED

3rd Jan: CLOSED

4th Jan: 09:30 – 17:00

 

Our branches in Leeds and Chatham will be closed from Saturday 18th December until Tuesday 4th January. If you require urgent assistance, please call your relevant branch as normal and your call will be diverted to another branch where a member of the team will assist you.

 

Normal office hours will resume and the entire team will be back from their Christmas break from Wednesday 5th January. 

 

If you require urgent assistance, or if you have an emergency or an urgent maintenance issue during the festive period, please call the relevant phone number for your branch and your call will be answered by a member of the team. Please note that examples of emergencies or urgent maintenance issues include major leaks, loss of power, and no heating/hot water. All non-urgent maintenance issues and repairs need to be reported on Fixflo or directly via this link https://x1lettings.fixflo.com/Auth/HomeIssueCreate and these will be actioned by the Property Management team during office opening hours. You can also scan the QR code below to report a problem.

If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

 

If you suspect a fire, call 999.
