Browse our range of modern student flats across Manchester and Liverpool. Whether you’re searching for a studio, en-suite room, or shared apartment, you’ll find options close to campus, transport links, and local amenities.
Our entire student booking system is fully online. Simply click “Book a Room” and complete the short application form, selecting your preferred apartment and providing your contact details.
After submitting your application, you’ll be directed to PayPal to pay your reservation deposit.
Once your deposit is received, our team will contact you. All student tenants must have a guarantor. Simply provide your guarantor’s name and email address, and we’ll send them a quick form to complete.
As soon as your guarantor submits their details, both of you will be verified by Let Alliance. Their team will request any additional information they need and keep you informed throughout the process.
When verification is complete, you’ll receive your tenancy agreement via Let Alliance’s online portal. Review it carefully before signing, this is a legally binding contract. If anything is unclear, we’re here to help.
Congratulations! Your student accommodation is officially reserved. As your move-in date approaches, we’ll send you everything you need for a smooth arrival.
Secure your room with a deposit. The exact amount and payment details will be provided as you proceed with your booking. Discover more about the Holding Deposit.
If you’re a full-time student opting for rent in instalments, having a UK guarantor is essential. A guarantor is usually a parent, guardian, or close relative. They must live permanently in the UK, be employed, and able to pass referencing with Let Alliance.
For residential accommodation, meeting the UK Tenant Data’s approved criteria is necessary.
If you don’t have a UK-based guarantor, reach out: we can advise on available options.
A guarantor, 18 years or older, shares financial responsibility for your tenancy and signs a guarantor agreement.
In unforeseen circumstances where you can’t pay, the guarantor covers rent. Any outstanding payments may be pursued, making their understanding of this vital before signing crucial.
The guarantor must reside in the UK and be approved by UK Tenant Data.
The reservation deposit starts from £100. The exact amount depends on the building you choose. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid within 14 days.
Yes, our entire booking system is online. From choosing your flat to signing your tenancy agreement, everything can be completed digitally, wherever you are in the world.
You’ll be redirected to PayPal to pay your deposit. Once paid, our team will contact you to collect your guarantor details before passing everything to Let Alliance for referencing.
Let Alliance typically completes verification within a few days, depending on how quickly you and your guarantor provide the required information.
Your booking will be cancelled automatically, and your deposit will be refunded. You can still rebook, but availability may be limited during peak season.
