Our Loyalty Card comes in both digital and tangible key ring charm formats.

Please note, digital cards are valid for the year you receive them, and you’ll need an updated card if your tenancy extends beyond that year.
How To Get Your X1 Loyalty Card?
Physical X1 Loyalty Cards will be handed to you with your keys upon move-in (for student residents only) and must be returned at the end of your tenancy.
If you’re not a student resident, you can request to pick up your physical card from one of our X1 main offices.
Digital cards (for Apple Devices Only) can be sent by emailing contact@X1salesandlettings.com.Â
