X1 Attends The Agents Giving Charity Summer Ball 2024

On the 12th of July, two members of our X1 team attended the Agents Giving Charity Summer Ball 2024, performing their iconic ‘Cha Cha’ dance routine in front of hundreds of industry professionals, and 15 other fabulous headliners. 

The Agents Giving Summer Ball is sponsored by our partners Reapit and supported by Foxtons and Let Alliance, and this year the event at The Epsom Downs Racecourse was hosted by the fantastic Jason Lee. 

This annual event is a chance for industry stars from all corners of the country to come together and showcase their wide range of talents, from dancing to singing to comedy performances, magic shows and more. 

It is always so much fun to get involved with this event, and support the wide range of charities in which Agents Giving helps to support. These include, YoungMinds, Make A Wish, Blood Cancer UK, The Property Angels Foundation and more. 

In order to participate in the event, our team members had to raise £1000 for the Agents Giving charity and the Trussell Trust, an important charity which helps to support local food banks, and provide emergency food to vulnerable people across the country. 

As a company, we helped Matty and Katie to achieve their target, through hosting various fundraisers, including games nights, a vintage clothing sale, weekly office quizzes, and through raffling off annual leave days. 

We would like to say a huge well done to Matty and Katie, who worked tremendously hard training over the course of 3 months to prepare for the Summer Ball.

On behalf of all of us at X1, we would like to say a huge congratulations to all of the other participants who showcased their chosen talent at this year’s event, in aid of charity – we cannot wait for next year!
