X1 Celebrates Multiple Wins At The Negotiator Awards 2024

We are absolutely delighted to announce that X1 won the Gold Award for ‘Employer of the Year’ at this year’s Negotiator Awards, which took place on Friday 29th November. 

Held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, The Negotiator Awards are one of the most prestigious property awards in the country and celebrate excellence from across the sector. 

Year on year, hundreds of estate agents, letting agents, and property professionals complete entries to be in with their chance to win, so we couldn’t be more grateful to have received Gold in the ‘Employer of the Year’ category. 

Here at X1 Sales & Lettings, we strive to create a supportive and positive workplace culture where all of our team members can thrive, so it is an incredible honour to receive this outstanding achievement and be recognised on a national level at The Negotiator Awards 2024.

We truly believe that it is a reflection of our company culture being built on the values of Quality, Teamwork, Accountability, Flexibility, Compliance and Fun, and the dedication of our team members that we have received this huge stamp of approval. 

In addition to the Gold award for the ‘Employer of the Year’ category, we also took home a Silver Award for the ‘Estate Agency of the Year (Large)’ award and were highly commended for the ‘Regional Agency of The Year’ category for the North West. 

These huge achievements could not have been possible without our team members who work tirelessly to provide the best possible service to our tenants and clients, and all those we come into contact with – so thank you, team X1! 

We also want to express our appreciation to our residents and our partners, who continue to put their trust into us, and help us to continue to make an impact on the UK property market. Here’s to many more successes as we enter 2025. 

The awards evening itself was fantastic, as always, with a 3 course gala dinner, amazing entertainment and an enjoyable presentation ceremony.
