This covers your water, electricity, and heating. Additionally, properties like X1 Borden Court include complimentary WiFi, so you can start studying (or streaming) the moment you move in.
Do you offer short-term or immediate move-ins?
Yes. While our primary booking season is for the academic year starting September 2026, we also have “Immediate Move-in” options available for students who need accommodation right now. Please check our specific property listings for current availability.
Should I choose an En-suite room or a Studio?
It depends on your lifestyle!
