  4. Late Rent Payment Interest: In the event of late rent payment, an interest fee, calculated at 3% above the Bank of England’s base rate, may be applied to encourage timely payments.
  5. Early Termination Costs: Should you choose to terminate the tenancy agreement prematurely, you may be responsible for any unpaid rent or reasonable costs associated with the early termination, ensuring a fair and clear framework for such circumstances.
