Lease Agreement Terms with X1 Sales & Lettings
- Deposit Protection: Your one-month deposit is securely entered into a government-protected scheme (DPS), ensuring the safety and protection of your deposit throughout the tenancy.

- Late Rent Payment Interest: In the event of late rent payment, an interest fee, calculated at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England’s base rate, may be applied to encourage timely payments.
- Early Termination Costs: Should you choose to terminate the tenancy agreement prematurely, you may be responsible for any unpaid rent or reasonable costs associated with the early termination, ensuring a fair and clear framework for such circumstances.
