They will also create a write up of the fixtures and fittings of your property as well as the local area and its amenities.

Your property will then be marketed on a range of platforms to ensure that it is getting maximum exposure. All enquiries will be answered by the dedicated Enquiries & Viewings Manager for your property, and they will book in viewings for the property as soon as possible in order to minimise void periods.


Our best agents will carry out the viewings

The viewings will be carried out by the same member of staff to ensure consistency and knowledge expertise. Following viewings, any applications will be sent to you to approve and start the ball rolling on getting an applicant moved in as soon as possible.


What is an accompanied house viewing?

First impressions count! Our dedicated Enquiries & Viewings Managers are the knowledge experts on the properties that they manage and will present your property to applicants.

In an accompanied house viewing, estate agents will give full guided tours to each applicant of the property, communal areas of the building and local areas to ensure they are seeing everything there is to see and that they can make an informed decision when it comes time for them to ask themselves the question “do I want to live here”.
