Lease Agreement Terms with X1 Sales & Lettings

2. Reposit Option: Alternatively, choose Reposit with a cap at one week’s rent, providing a flexible and cost-effective alternative for securing your accommodation.
3. Tenancy Agreement Modification Fee: A nominal fee of up to £50 may be applied if you wish to make changes to the tenancy agreement, ensuring transparency and facilitating any necessary modifications.
4. Late Rent Payment Interest: In the event of late rent payment, an interest fee, calculated at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England’s base rate, may be applied to encourage timely payments.
5. Early Termination Costs: Should you choose to terminate the tenancy agreement prematurely, you may be responsible for any unpaid rent or reasonable costs associated with the early termination, ensuring a fair and clear framework for such circumstances.
6. Ombudsmen Redress Scheme: X1 Sales & Lettings is a proud member of The Property Ombudsmen Redress Scheme, ensuring that our services adhere to the highest industry standards and providing a reliable avenue for dispute resolution.
